The Harpenden Lawn Tennis Club, watercolour by Maria Raskina showing the clubhouse and clay courts

Looking across the clay courts towards the Harpenden Lawn Tennis Club clubhouse, this familiar view has become part of my own experience of the club.

I wanted to explore a quieter mood - one shaped less by the brightness of the sky and more by the feeling of the place itself. Sometimes a familiar place changes simply because we see it differently.
