PURCHASING ART

Delivery & Collection

Every original artwork is carefully wrapped and protected for transport.

Delivery arrangements depend on the size, framing and destination of the work.

UK delivery

Online delivery is currently available throughout:

  • England;

  • Scotland, including the Highlands and islands;

  • Wales; and

  • Northern Ireland.

International delivery is not currently available through the website. If you live outside the UK and are interested in an artwork, please contact me before attempting to purchase.

Delivery contributions

The delivery contribution is based on the size and packing requirements of each artwork:

  • Small works: £15 per artwork

  • Small paintings: £25 per artwork

  • Medium paintings: £35 per artwork

  • Large paintings: £65 per artwork

  • Framed and oversize paintings: £95 per artwork

The applicable charge is shown at checkout. Each original may require its own protective packaging, so delivery is charged per artwork rather than once per order.

The artwork’s product page will state whether it is framed or unframed.

Delivery arrangements

After your purchase, I will review the order and arrange an appropriate delivery service for the artwork and destination.

I will contact you if I need any additional information or if it would be helpful to agree a delivery date. You will receive a further notification when the artwork has been dispatched or when tracking information becomes available.

Unless a different timetable is agreed with you, your artwork will be delivered within 30 days. Most orders are expected to arrive sooner.

Please make sure the delivery address and contact details supplied at checkout are complete and accurate.

Packaging and presentation

Original artworks are carefully protected for transport. Each work is signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Where appropriate, the package may also include information about the artwork and Maria Raskina Art.

Free collection from Harpenden

You may collect your artwork from Harpenden free of charge.

Select “Store Pickup - Free Collection - Harpenden” at checkout. I will contact you after purchase to arrange a convenient time and provide the full collection details privately.

There is no public walk-in shop or gallery. Please wait until the collection has been confirmed before travelling.

Damage during delivery

Please inspect your artwork soon after it arrives.

If it appears to have been damaged during delivery, contact me as soon as reasonably possible at maria@raskina.co.uk. Include photographs of:

  • the artwork;

  • the external packaging;

  • the internal packaging; and

  • the delivery label.

Please keep all packaging while the issue is investigated and do not return the artwork before suitable arrangements have been agreed.
