For a few short weeks each May, the chestnut trees beside Court 17 at Harpenden Lawn Tennis Club come into bloom. Fresh green leaves and white blossom frame the familiar court, transforming it for a brief moment into something almost dreamlike.

I wanted to capture that particular feeling of playing tennis in this setting - when the light, the blossom and the court come together and make you want to stay a little longer, play one more game, and enjoy the moment before the season changes.
